Women of Excellence Nominee Congratulations to senior, Zoe Furman, who is being honored as a 2025 nominee at the YWCA Northcentral PA Women of Excellence celebration. “The annual event celebrates countless generations of strong, creative, and caring change makers who lead by example, embrace civic responsibility, and demonstrate exceptional leadership.” This year’s ceremony will take place on November 12th at the Williamsport Community Arts Center.

SUN GAZETTE PLAYER OF THE WEEK⚽️ Congratulations to Camden Dalrymple, captain of the boys’ Soccer team, for being recognized as a Sun Gazette “Player of the Week.” This is the second time that Camden has been acknowledged for his success this season.

AG DAY SUCCESS! Congratulations to Mr. Ulrich, Mrs. Snyder, Mr. Tucker and our FFA and Agriculture students for a successful day of exhibits and activities at Ulrich Farm. This event celebrated all things agriculture and was attended by Montgomery and Warrior Run Elementary School students. Special thanks for the additional help from Warrior Run staff and FFA students.

MONTGOMERY AG DAY Today, the Montgomery and Warrior Run FFA chapters will be hosting Ag Day at Ulrich Farm. Elementary students from both districts will explore 20 agricultural related exhibits and experiences. This is a monumental undertaking by students and teachers and provides a creative hands-on day for both presenters and guests. Thank you to all involved.

Homecoming Update

Thank you to all of the students, parents, and faculty and staff who made yesterday's Elementary PTO Walkathon a huge success. The event raised over $10k! All of the monies will go towards funding field trips, school assemblies, classroom supplies and so much more! Thank you to everyone who contributed!

Wednesday night we are hosting a "Fire Up the Raiders" event at the carnival grounds by the river bridge. Concessions will be open at 6PM, Announcments at 6:30PM, and Bonfire lighting at 7PM. All fall sports will be in attendance.

Presale tickets for Friday night's Shoe Game at Muncy are available for purchase in the high school office. Students $2 and Adults $4. Sales will end at 2PM Friday.

Today, FFA members participated in the Bloomsburg Fair Career Development Experiences (CDE’s).

STUDENT SPOTLIGHT Congratulations to Logan, Victor, and Trace who have been chosen to represent Montgomery in the 2025-26 Lycoming County Youth Development Leadership Program.

FFA GIVES BACK Last evening, Grayden Staggert, Nate Winters, Chloe Gordner, Chase Waring, Olivia Raup, Weston Taylor, Jeziah Hanner and Hailey Bitler ran grills for the Lycoming County Farm’s Field to Table event. A big shout out to all of you for giving of your time for this community service event and raising funds for the Montgomery FFA chapter.

STUDENT SPOTLIGHT Congratulations to Montgomery FFA member, Weston Taylor, who earned first place out of the seven best tractor drivers from the surrounding five county area. Weston’s win has now qualified him for competition in the regional event in April. Outstanding job Weston!
