Required Information for Application Process

 

When applying for a position or volunteering in a Pennsylvania Public School, please be aware that the following information must be submitted:

 

Professional Position:  You will need a completed Pennsylvania Standard Application, copy of your PA teaching certificate, resume, letters of reference, transcripts, current Act 34, 114 and 151 Clearances (less than 1 year old), proof of a recent physical exam and TB results.  Substitutes will need to be approved by our Board of Directors.  Their meetings are the third Tuesday of each month, and the business office will need your information at least 5 days prior.

Classified Position (cafeteria, custodial, secretarial and classroom aides): If you are interested in being placed on one of the substitute lists, please fill out our Classified Employee application and mail it or drop it off with copies of the necessary clearances and completed physical and TB results.  Substitutes will need to be approved by our Board of Directors.  Their meetings are the third Tuesday of each month, and the business office will need your information at least 5 days prior.

Volunteers: Act 34 and 151 Clearances (available free to volunteers only)

Contractors: Act 34, 114, and 151 Clearances

Sports Coaches: Act 34, 114, and 151 Clearances, Physical Exam, and TB (clearances available free for volunteer coaches)
