Building Use Requests

All requests to use any of our School District facilities must be presented for approval to the School Board at a monthly meeting. This request for approval must be received in the District Office ONE MONTH before the scheduled Board Meeting. It must also NOT be received earlier than three months in advance of the date of the requested facility use. If the entire form is not completed and include the following information, the request could be denied by the Superintendent and not be put before the Board until further information is presented.  The form may be FAXED to 570-547-6271 or emailed to the District Office at distoffice@montasd.org, attn: Mrs. Bowers.
